THE BUCKET LIST
2023
The short film I submitted for my EMA application. The original cut, The Village Book, was too long for the application, so had to navigate around the two-minute requirement. I reedited the film for my submission, and The Bucket List was born.
THE VILLAGE BOOK
2023
I began the journey of creating my first short film in April, starting with storyboarding and moving through each phase of production. I wrote the script in May, filmed on location in New York City throughout June, and completed the editing process in August. The film premiered in September. My sister starred in the project and was an incredible collaborator. She fully embraced my direction, putting in the effort and dedication necessary to bring my vision to life.
FIRST GLANCE
2024
My senior year at the Nebraska Thespian Festival, I participated in a Short Film Workshop led by local industry professionals. Throughout the workshop, I had the opportunity to collaborate with my peers in all aspects of the filmmaking process, including ideation, writing, filming, and editing. This hands-on experience allowed me to learn directly from experienced professionals while working alongside fellow students, enhancing my skills and deepening my passion for the craft. I was honored to serve as the films director. Our film also got the exciting opportunity to premier First Glance in two Omaha theaters (Film Streams).
THANK YOU FOR HER
2025
After the writer and director of photography visited my senior-year theater class, I had the incredible opportunity to work with Four Lights Films as a production assistant and camera assistant. This project earned me my first IMDb credit and provided invaluable hands-on experience in film production. The film, Thank You For Her, has gone on to win numerous awards at both domestic and international film festivals.

CHAPTER 21
2025
A short film with a specific focus on disability awareness. I was handpicked by directors Katie Stoneburner and Ellen Burling to assist in the production of their film. Throughout the shoot, I was responsible for decorating and preparing the sets for each scene, including a wedding reception, a doctor’s office, and a hotel room. In addition to set design, I supported the production team in a variety of ways, helping with lighting, sound, blocking, and redecorating as needed to ensure each scene came together smoothly.
